The formula utilizes a unique blend of polymers to provide superior adhesion for Glitter and Pigment particles. It contains derivatives of vitamins A, C and E to help protect the skin, as well as green tea extract to help soothe the skin. The formula is safe for all skin types and is safe for use in the eye area.

- For the best results, use Cleanse Off Oil to remove any excess oils from the skin's surface.
- Add loose powder, liquid or pigments to Mixing Medium Eyeliner in a container with a leak-proof lid.
- Shake thoroughly before use to ensure even, consistent colour.
- Apply the mixture using various sanitized tools/brushes.
